Liquid Intelligent Technologies has announced that Ahmad Mokhles has been appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO), a new position within the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effective immediately, Ahmad will help drive operational excellence across the group\u2019s 13 countries of operation, creating value for its shareholders and achieving new economies of scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahmad brings over 20 years of ICT experience to the role, having worked for some of the Middle East and Africa\u2019s largest telecoms groups, including Orascom, Etisalat, Ooredoo and Airtel Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAhmad is uniquely qualified to oversee the group\u2019s operations as we expand further across Africa. He brings exceptional experience to the role and will help guide the company through our next phase of growth and innovation,\u201d said Nic Rudnick, Group CEO, Liquid Intelligent Technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Liquid Intelligent Technologies, Ahmad served as COO for Airtel Nigeria. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President of Consumer and Digital Business for du, overseeing the company\u2019s Smart City business, and has also served as CCO for Asiacell Iraq, part of Ooredoo Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
